\ffl,MARION O.GORBY and VIRGINIA R.GORBY,husband
and wife,of R.D.#6,Box 5,Washington,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,both being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare this Will to be jointly as well as
severally our Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void all former Wills by us at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:All just debts and funeral expenses shall
at all times be fully paid.
SECOND:We desire that all property,real,personal
or mixed,of which we may be possessed at the time of the decease
of either of us,shall be inherited by the survivor.
THIRD:Upon the decease of the survivor or in the
event that we should be deceased in a common accident,it is our
desire that the property of both of us be treated as one and the
same and we do hereby give,devise and bequeath $1,000.00 each to
John R.Lowery,natural son of Virginia R.Gorby and Gary L.Lowery,
natural son of Virginia R.Gorby.The entire remainder of our
estate shall then be divided in equal shares between all the living
children of the above named John R.Lowery and Gary L.Lowery.
FOURTH:In case of the need of administration here-
on at the decease of one of us,we agree upon the survivor as the
Executor,and without bond.Upon the decease of the survivor,we
do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint NELLIE MARIE LOWERY,
wife of Gary L.Lowery,of Scenery Hill,R.D.#1,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,to be the Executor of this our Last Will and
Testament,and without bond.

Marion O.Gorby and Virginia R.Gorby to be their Last Will and
Testament,in our presence,who,at their request and in their
