I,IS~ELLE CAPUrO,of Chartiers Township,Washington County,Pennsylvani~,do hereby
make,publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament,hereby expressly
revoking any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direst that my Anthony Caputo my son to be my Execut0t to pay all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
2.The property on Plum Ihm road in Chartiers Township,Washing,;on County,Renna and des-
ignated as lot no ~~,in the Barry L.McNary Plan of lots,my husband John Caputo shall
have possession and use of durmng his natural life time and at the time of his death,my
son Samuel Caputo shall have for his use with all rights and shall have a clear deed fo~
same,his hears and assigns forever.
3.The property on Plum Run Road in Chartiers Township,Washington County,lennsyl~n1a and
and designated as Lots No 15 and 16 Harry L.McNary Plan pf lots shall be for my husbands
possession and use during his natural life time with right to collect all rents during that
time and at his death the Sa.m8 shallue come the:possession of Anthony Caputo my son and
a clear deed be given him,his he~rs and assigns forever,
4.It is understdod that before possession be given Samuel Caputo and Anthony Oaputo that
they shall pay to my daughter Victoria Spin af'Ch?oriiet"8'!j'I'ownSh:tP,eqeh the sum of $75.00
or a total sum of $150.00 for her own use,

shall be given them of the above mentioned property.
