MILDRED E.GAMBLE
I,MILDRED E.GAMBLE,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature
thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my just debts,funeral expenses and
costs of administration to be paid as soon as may be conveniently
done after my death.
SECOND:I direct that all estate,inheritance,suc-
cession,legacy,and other death duties or taxes of any nature
which may be assessed or imposed upon or with respect to property
passing under this Will shall be paid out of my residuary estate
as part of the expenses of administration and with no right of
reimbursement from any of the legatees,devisees,or beneficiaries
hereunder.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,resi-
•
due and remainder of my estate,both real and personal,of whatso-
ever nature and kind and wheresoever the same shall be situate at
the time of my death unto the following named persons as follows:
(a)One-third unto my Sister,MARGARET GAMBLE,
but if she predeceases me then her interest shall be given unto
the following named persons as follows:One-half of said interest
unto my Sister,EVELYN G.HACKETT and the remaining one-half unto
NORMA JOHNSTON and DOROTHY KEPPLE,in equal shares.
(b)One-third unto my Sister,EVELYN G.
HACKETT,but if she should predecease me then this interest and
any interest that she may be entitled to under this My Last Will
and Testament shall be given to her children,namely,NANCY LEWIS
and ROBERT G.HACKETT,in equal shares,share and share alike.
(c)The remaining one-third unto the children
of my deceased Sister,I.e.,LUCILLE LINDLEY,namely,NORMA
JOHNSTON and DOROTHY KEPPLE,in equal shares,share and share
alike,per stirpes.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my Sister,
MARGARET GAMBLE,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,but if my Sister predeceases me or fails to act as
Executrix for any reason,then I nominate,constitute and appoint
my Sister,EVELYN G.HACKETT,to be the Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament,but if she should also predecease me or fails
to act as Executrix for any reason,then I nominate,constitute
and appoint DOROTHY KEPPLE and ROBERT G.HACKETT,as Co-Executors
of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MILDRED E.GAMBLE,the Testatrix,
have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testa-
