I,Annie E.Bryson,of Vashingtonl Pa.,do make l
pUblish and declare the following as and for a codicil to my last
will and testament made by me on February 26,1932,drawn in
longhand by B.G.Hughes and witnessed by Jennie Scott Miller and
Charles Quail:
In the residuary clause of said will I have given
to the four children of Thomas Myers,all of the residue of my
estate not otherwise disposed of in said will.I now desire
that my grand-niece,Nancy Campbell,shall have a share in my
said residuary estate on an equality with said Myers children;
therefore,I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate not other-
wise disposed of in said Will,(that is to say all of my residu-
ary estate),unto Barbara Myers,Margaret Myers,Virginia Myers,
Thomas Myers,Jr.and Nancy Campbell,-these being my grand-nieces
and grand-nephew,-they to take,have and hold the same in equal
interests,share and share alike,absolutely.If any of my said
residuary legatees just above named is not living at the time of
my decease,I will that the share which would have gone to such
deceased residuary legatee under the foregoing provision had he or
she been liVing,shall lapse and become VOid,and thus remain a
part of my residuary estate to be divided among those of said
residuary legatees who survive me.
I will and provide that if Barbara,Margaret and
Virginia Myers are unable to agree among themselves as to a divi-
sion among them of my miscellaneous household goods in kind,as
Willed to them in my ~foresaid Will,to which this is a codicil,
I empower and direct my executor to sell the same and divide the
proceeds among them equally.
My agreement with Simon White &Sons relative to the
erection of a monument in our cemetery lot,specifies that the
same shall be done for $800.00.However,I have provi1ed in my

said will (to whioh this is a codicil)the sum of one thousand
dollars for monument and cemetery purposes,and I desire that the
extra two hundred dollars shall be used for cleaning and straight-
ening up the other grave stones in the family lot,and putting
the same into good condition and also for the straightening up
and cleaning of the steps leading into the lot.I desire that
this additional work be done by Simon White &Sons.

The petition of David I.McAlister,Washington,Pa ,
would respectfully represent:-
II 1.Annie E.Bryson died,testate,on the 27th day of
\September,1932,leaving her last will and testament duly probated
and of record in the Office of the Register of Wills in and for ash
ington County,Pennsylvania,in Will Book No.49,page 419.
2.Said will provided,inter alia:
"Finally,I nominate,constitute and
appoint my friend,Blanchard G.Hughes,to Ue the
executor of this will,provided he is living and com-
petent at the time of my decease.If he is not living
or is incompetent at the time of my death,I name and
constitute his present law partner,David I.McAlister
to be the executor of this will."
3.Blanchard G.Hughes took out letters testamentary
on said estate but was unable to complete the administration of said
estate in his lifetime ,due to the fact that the principal assets
consisted of money in the closed First Bank &Trust Company and of
real estate in the City of washington,for which there was no market
during the administration of said Blanchard G.Hughes.
II 4.Blanchard G.Hughes,first named executor as
