in the County OJ Washington and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last 't!Ultll and Uestament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut or
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my property,real,personal or
mixed,of Whatever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may own
or have a right to dispose of at the time of my death unto my son
John Gregor to have and to hold as long as he desires.
SECOND:I give to my daughters Gertrude Shpakoff,Julia Lukin-
off,Pearl Ward,Dora Dziak the sume of one dollar each.
AND LASTLY.-I do make,constitute and appoint
