LAST ILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Charles Martin Boynes of McDonald,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner
and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills hereto-
fore made by me;-
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,
after my decease.
SECOND:I direct that the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar be
paid to my Son,John Percival Boynes,as his full share of my
estate.
THIRD:I direct that the rest of my estate,real,per-
sonal and mixed,be divided equally,share and share alike,
between the following Sons and Daughters:Frederick Albert
Boynes,Wilbert Howard Boynes,Benjamin Houston Boynes,Kate
Evelyn Pascoe,Wife of Peter Pascoe,and Helen Hannah Pen-
berthy,Wife of T.H.penberthy.
FOURTH:If any of the aforementioned Sons and DaUghters
contest this Will,I direct that his or their proportionate
share of the estate be divided equally among the others.
AND I do hereby make,constitut~and appoint Frederick
Albert Boynes to be the Executor of this my Last ~ill and
Testament,without Bond.
In itness Whereof,I,Charles Martin Boynes,the testator
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal,the 12th day of November,A.D.1927.
