I,M.CA'l'~{ERIN~HILL,of t he Borough of LJanonsburg,.iashington
county,Pennsylvauia,being of sound and disposing mind,nemory and
understanding,do make,pUblish and declare this to be my last will
and testament,as follows:
1.I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and the
expense of settlir,g my estate be paid out of my estate by my .I!lxecutc..r
hereinafter na~e as soon after my decease as may be prac~icahle.
2 If there should be any personal estate left after the pay-
ment of my debts,funeral expenses and expense of adminis~ering IllY
estate,I give anu bequeath such residue of personal estate unto my
three grandchildren,Leona,Virginia and Harriett,share and share
alike,and I appoint Mrs.Alice E.Hill testamentary guarjian of said
grandchildren.
3.:give,devise and bequeath unto my son C.Nathan Hill my

house ~nd :ot of ground situate on Richland avenue,in the Third Ward,
of the Borough of Canonsburg,Pa.
In case the personal estate should not be sufficient for the pay-
ment of my de1::ts,funeral and admln istrat ion expenses,and it becaILJe
necessary to sell my house and lot of ground for that purpose,then I
give and bequeath the balance of the proceeds of sale of said house and
lot after the payment of debts,funeral and a~inistration expenses,
unto my so~C.Nathan Hill,absolutely.
Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint the Citizens Trust
Oomppny of Canonsburg Executor of this my will.
