ton County,Penhsylvan1a,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory hereby make,declare and publish this to be my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all former
Wills by me heretofore made:
let.t direct that my just debts,and funeral ex-
penses be promptly paid.
2nd.I g1ve a devise and bequeath all of my real
estate to my wife,Minnie L.Colvin,the said Minnie L.
Oolvin to have,hold and enjoy the same,however,duxingthe
term of her natural life only,and upon her decease the same
is to go and desce~to my four ch11dren,-Hunter Colvin,
Hattie E.Miller,Virtue Bell Colvin,and Lettie Lenora Col~
their heirs,and assigns,in equal one-fourth shares and pro
portions.
3rd.All of the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real.personal and mixed!give,devise and bequeath
to Bank of Oharleroi &Trust Oompany,Trustee,IN TRUST,how
ever,for the follOWing purposes,-to pay the income there-
from,to my said wife,l innie L.Oolvin,semi-annually durin
the term of her natural life and upon her death to divide th

principal and unexpended income equally among and between
my said four children,their heirs and assigns in equal one-
fourth shares and proportions.
4th.I constitute and appoint Bank of Charleroi &
Trust Company to be the Executor of this Will.

CODICIL
I,Smith Bolvin,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory hereby make,declare and publish this to be a Codicil b
my Will dated June 4th,1929.
1st.I direct my Executors,hwreinafter named,to sell
my real estate and personal property located on my farm in
Fallowfield Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at public
sale as soon after my decease as they can obtain a reasonable
price,or prices for the same.
2nd.In lieu of the provisions made in my said Will of
June 4th,1929,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Minnie
L.ColVin,one-third (1/3)of the net proce~ds from the sale of
my real estate and one-third (1/3)of my personal property,here-
by revoking any ,and all other gifts and provisions made to her.
3rd.I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest and re-
sidue of my estate to my four children -Hunter ColVin,Hattie E.
Miller,Virtue Bell Colvin and Lettie Lenora Colvin in equal one-
fourth (1/4)shares and proportions.
4th.I constitute and appoint the said Hunter Colvin and
the said Hattie E.Miller Executors"of this Codicil and my Will
and direct them to sell my real estate either in whole or by
parcels.
