being of sound mind and memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all expenses attributable to my last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as
soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,bequeath and devise all of my estate,real,per
sonal and mixed to my good friend,Mary Thelma Harris,Trustee for the
use and benefit of my beloved daughter,Catherine Ann G~mberi said Trus-
tee to have all the powers and obligations of a Trustee;anc shall have
sale and absolute discretion as tc the expenditure of both the principal
and income from my estate as Trustee for the use and benefit of my be-
loved daughter,Catherine Ann Gamber.
Third.Upon the death of my beloved daughter,Catherine \nn Gamber,
the aforesaid Trustee or her successor shall continue said Trust for the
beneEit of those retarded children best suitable for such help;the choice
cf sai6 beneficiaries to be within the discretion of said Trustee or her
sucessor.
