WILL OF MARGARET A.GEARING
I,Margaret A.Gearing,widow,of Carroll Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,having full legal capacity in
the premises,do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any
time heretofore made,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts,funeral expenses,transfer inheritance,
succession and estate taxes for the payment of which my estate
may be lawfully liable,and the expenses of the administration
of my estate as soon after my decease as may be proper and
expedient.
2.a.I will and devise all of my real estate
situate in Carroll Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
to my daughter,Margaret E.Gearing,and my son,Paul Franklin
Gearing,their heirs and assigns,share and share alike.
b.It is my express will that my daughter,
Margaret E.Gearing,and my son,Paul Franklin Gearing,shall
both have the right to use the above real estate as their place
of residence if they so desire.
3.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may
die seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my decease,and remaining after the payment of the
several items set forth in the preceding paragraphs hereof,I will,
devise and bequeath to my daughter,Margaret E.Gearing,and my
son,Paul Franklin Gearing,their heirs and assigns,share and
share alike.
4.I do hereby appoint my daughter,Margaret E.
Gearing,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the
event that my said daughter,Margaret E.Gearing,should
predecease me,then,I appoint my son,Paul Franklin Gearing,as
Executor hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Margaret A.Gearing,the
Testatrix,have hereunto and seal to this my Last
Will and Testament,this /day of June,in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy-six.
