I do on this 16th day of July,1929,make my first and last and
only Will in favor of my wife,Deborah Breese now living.I will
Deborah Breese all of my personal property and Real Estate all of
her life time.
At her death all expenses must be paid,then the balance is to
be equally divided among my three children,J.Clyde Breese,George
S.Breese and Bessie M.Breese.
If necessary for Deborah Breese to sell said property for her
maintenance,it can be sold and used for that purpose.
At the death of Deborah Breese the property can be sold at
Public or Private sale according to agreement of the heirs.
