I,DONNIE HAINER,of Amwell Township,Washington County,

Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand mg,do
hereby publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
~irst.I give,devise and bequeath all my property and
estate,real,personal and mixed,unto my husband,George Hainer,
for the term of his natural life,and at his death,I give,devise
and bequeath all of my said property to my brother,Sailor Reed
Riggle,and my grandson,James Jordan Hainer,to them in equal
shares.in fee simple and absolutely.
Second.I nominate.constitute and appoint my brother,
Sailor Reed Riggle,as the ~xecutor of this my last will and testa-
ment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Donnie Hainer,the testatrix,
have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this
twenty-second (22nd)day of December,A.D.1933.
