LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,FINLEY B.GRAY,of North Franklin Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby re-
voking and making void any and all wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty and no/lOO
($50.00)Dollars to my son,JAMES F.GRAY.
THIRD:I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty and no/lOO
($50.00)Dollars to my son,WILLIAM J.GRAY.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty and no/lOO
($50.00)Dollars to my son,ROBERT M.GRAY.
FIFTH:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and nature,
and wheresoever situate to my daughter,DOROTHY JEAN GRAY SIM,to
be hers absolutely.
SIXTH:I do hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,
DOROTHY JEAN GRAY SIM,as Executrix,of this,my Last Will and
Testament,and to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,FINLEY B.GRAY,the Testator,
have to this,my Will,written on two sheets of paper,set my
hand and seal this ~~day of March,1973.
