I,GIACOMO GALIFFA,of 523 Third Street,Donora,Washington'
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last Will and Test-
ament,thereby revoking and making null and void any and all VilIs
and Testaments or Writings,in the nature thereof,by me at any time
Iheretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fUlly paid and
after my decease.
I SECOND:I give
in-law:Maggiora Galiffa.
satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
and bequeath all of my estate to my sister-
THIRD:In the event said Mag iora Galiffa,predecease me,
then all my estate I give and bequeath to the children of my late
brother Nazzareno Galiffa,namely:Frank Galiffa,Jean Greene,
Michael Galiffa,~rarren Galiffa,Roman Galiffa,Arthur Galiffa,Ida
Salvino and Arnold Galiffa,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby make,constitute and appoint Frank
Galiffa to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS 1'1HEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 13th day of November,A.D.1961.
