LAST WILL AND TESTAmENT
I,DAVID A.COOPER,of North Franklin Township,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being,of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore
made.
FIRST.I direct 'that all my just debts 'and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,I give,devise;and bequeath unto my wife,
Emma J.Cooper,for and during her'natural lifetime ,and at her
death,I give,devise and beq~eath the same in equal shares as
follows:To my son D.A.Cooper,3r.,my daughter Mabel Shrontz,
wife of Gayman Shrontz,and my step-daughter Lulu M.Wallace,
each one share,and one share to the children of my deceased son,
Walter N.Cooper.
AND LASTLY,I do,hereby u0minate,constitute and appoint
my son D.A.Cooper,Jr.,Executor~of this my Last Will and Testa-
