and 'festament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
1.I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid
out of my Estate.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,real and
personal,of every kind to my brother,WALLACE'McW.CALDWELL
of West Alexander,Pa.,and hereby appoint him Executor of
this my last Will and Testament.
