and memory,do make and publish the following as and for my Last
ill and Testament,hereby revoking all former ,ills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
ersonal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,
,ry C.lack,to be hers absolutely,but it is my will and I
hereby direct that rr~said sister shall provide a home,care for
an support our mother,rgaret •Black,for a d during her
natural life time.I also desire my sister to assist my brother,
James A.Black,in such a way as she may think oest if she deem
it necessary.
THIRD.It is my will and I hereby direct that in ca e
my said sister should marry she shall pay to my brother,Charles
Black the sum of five hundred dollars (,~500)out of the personal
property which I have herein bequeCLthed to her.This direction
in 0 way shall affect or be ta en as a charge upo •the real
estate herein devised to my said sister.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,cons itute and appoint
