I,Robert 3eizler,of Warwood,Wheeling,
West Virginia,being of sound mind and disposing memory
do make this as and for my last will,hereby revoking any
will or wills by me heretofore at any time made.
FIRST - I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise as may
be conveniently possible.
SECOND - I give,bequeath and'devise to my
beloved wife,Anna Belle Heizler,all of my property,
both real and personal,regardless of where the same
may be situate or located.
THIRD - I hereby nominate,constitute and ap-
point my beloved wife,the said Anna Belle Heizler,as
and for the executrix of this my last will and I direct
that she be not required to furnish any bond for the
faithful execution of her said trust.
In witness whereof I have hereunto to this
my last will,written on one sheet of paper,affixed my
signature and seal this the day of May in t~e year
of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the tes~ator,
Robert Heizler,as and for his last will and testament
in the presence of us who at his re~est,and in his
presence,and in the oresence of each other have here-
unto affixed our names as witnesses.
