I,Oliver E.GEORGE,of the Township of Union,
County of Washington and ~ommonwealth of Pennsylvania,being
of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and deolare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form
following,hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named
shall pay any and all of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon as may be convenient after my death.
SECOND:My entire estate of whatever nature,whether real,
personal or mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeat
in equal shares to the following:
My Sisters MINNIE JONES,THELMA DURBS,MILDRED BALOG,
CLARA VUGRINOVICH.My Rrothers John GEORGE,PAUL GEORGE and my
Sisters in Law BLANCHE GEORGE and LENORA H GEORGE,per stirpes.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute an appoint my brother-in
Law,JOHN H JONES and my brother,JOHN GEORGE,or either of them,
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.No Executor
appointed hereunder shall be required to give Bond.
