I,HORACE D.GARVIN,of Union Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as may be conveniently done after my
decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatever nature,and wheresoever found,I give,devise
and bequeath to my wife,Mildred E.Garvin.In the event that my
wife predeceases me,dies simultaneously with me,or fails to
survive me for a period of thirty days,then and in that event I
give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatever nature and wheresoever found to my children:
John C.Garvin,Mary Ann Lopresti,Horace F.Garvin,Clara E.Kohout,
James E.Garvin and Linda Sue Garvin,share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
wife,Mildred E.Garvin to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,to serve without bond;but in the event that she prede-
ceases me or fails to qualify as Executrix,then and in that event
I appoint John C.Garvin and Mary Ann Lopresti as co-executors of
this my Last Will and Testament and Testamentary Guardian of anyof
my children who are minors on the date of my death.
