Heazelton,and now belonging to me.I desire the stock
certificate transferred to my name.The purpose of the transfer
is tha t inasmuch as I own the stock,and Rose Alma Heazelton
is dead,I desire to collect the dividends and to have the
right of full ownership therein.

Know all men by these presents that I,ROSE HEAZELTON
HEMPSTEAD,of Orlando,Orange County,Florida,being of sound
mind and disposing memory,do hereby make,declare and pUb-
lish this typewritten instrument to be my last will and tes-
tament,hereby revoking and cancelling all former wills and
codicils heretofore made by me.
ITEM 1
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my demise as is convenient.
ITEM 11
I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate and ef-
fects,Whatsoever and wheresoever situated,either real,per-
.sonal or mixed,to which I may be entitled or of which!may
have power to dispose,at my decease,to my husband,Wi:liam.,
G.Hempstead,of Orlando,Orange County,Florida,absolutely
and in fee Simple for his own use and benefit forever.

I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint William
G.Hempstead and H.M.Jarvis,Executors of this my las~will
and test~ment,and direct that they be exempt from the giving
of any surety,or sureties on their 0fficial bond as 8uch Ex-
ecutors.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal
at Orlando,Orange County,Florida,this 15th day of March,
1938,in the presence of the witnesses whose names are sub-
scribed below,who at my request signed same in my presence
