presence of each other,subscribed their names thereto as witnesses;and at the time of the doing thereof said
testat....r.i.X was of sound,disposing mind,memory and understanding,to the best of the affiants'
knowledge and belief.
Sworn and Subscribed Before Me
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HAZEL GRIMES,of Speers Hill,Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,hereby make my Last Will and Testament and
revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my death as shall be convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give and devise,in equal shares,to Alberta
Grove,my first cousin,Sarah Sutherland,my first cousin,and
Helen Sutherland,daughter of said Sarah Sutherland,but if any
of them shall predecease me,then to the survivor or survivors
of them living at the time of my death.
THIRD:I nominate and appoint the said Helen Sutherland
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto affixed my hand and
seal this I day of April,1975.

The foregoing instrument was on this ~day of April,
