I,Ruth A.Chalfant,of the Borough of Long Branch,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make this my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as,soon after my death as_may conveniently be done.
2.I direct my executors to pay the collateral inheritanceI
out of my estate.
3.I give and bequeath to Howes Cemetery Association,the
sum of Two (200)Dollars,in trust,the same to be invested,or de-
posited with other trust funds of the Association,and the income

therefrom to be applied annually to the upkeep and maintenance of
the Howes Cemetery In said Borough of,Long Br.anch.
4.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal or mixed,I give,devise and-b~queath to my twenty one
(21)nephews and nieces,children of my brothers and sisters,share
and share alike.In case of t~e death of any such nephew or niece
leaving issue,such issue shall take the share of the parent so
&ying,share and share alike.
5.I authorize and direct my executors to sell any real
estate that I may dae seized of and to convey the same by good and
sufficient deed to the purchaser thereof,and the money to be re-
ceived therefor shall be distributed as part of my residuary estabe
as set out in Paragraph "4"above.
Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my brothers .J.G.S.

Chalfant and O.S.Chalfant as executors of this my will.
