mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declar this to b
Last Will and Teetam nt,hereby revoking and cancelling any and all
oth r and fonner wills and codicils heretofore by m at any tim mad.
First:I direct that all my just d bts,fun r-
al xpens s and the expenses of my last illness,and
all costs inaurred in the administration of Y estat

of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate to

During the p riod of trusteeship as herein
fix d,said Trustee shall possess,hold,manage,
control.lease,care for and protect said trust es-
tate and may retain as a portion of said trust es-
tate any property or invesbnents received by her
from my estate,and shall collect the principal,in-
come,rents and profits therefrom and shall invest
and re-invest,loan and re-loan the same in accord-
ance wi th her judgment and said Trustee is hereby
given full power ~~d authority to sell.transfer,
assign and convey any part or all of said trust es-
tate upon such terms and condi tions as in her jUdg-
ent shall be deemed best and to invest and re-invest,
loan and re-loan the proceeds thereof from time to
time and to exercis complete control over such trust

die prior to ~T death or during the administration of

shall not be required to ive bond.
