I,JOHN T.HUSTO~,SR.,of Monongahela City,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
Ideclare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revokir~and makin
void any and all wills by me at any time "heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
II SECOND.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,o~whatsoever kind anj nature
and wheresoever the same may be situate at the time of ~y death,
I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Iona R.Huston,for and
juring the term of her natural life with the right to my said
wife to sell and consume all or such part of my said estate as she,
in her sole and uncontrolled discretion,may deem necessary for
~er proper maintenance and support.Upon the death of my said
wife,I give,devise and bequeath my said residuary estate,or so
much thereof as may not have been disposed of by my said wife
during her life time,to my two sons,John T.Huston,Jr.and
