thereof annually to the Beallsville Cemetery Association for the
perpetual care of the burial lots in said cemetery of Aday W.
Orouch and my own.This income to be used to beautify said lots
and for taking.care of the monuments and markers in said lot.
If the income is not sufficient for both,I direct that the
monuments and markers be taken care of first.
3.If I have not had done during my life time,I
order and direct th~t my Executor,hereinafter named,shall have
cut on my monume nt in Beallsville Cemetery,the following:

4.I direct that all my clothing shall be given to the

5.All the rest,residue and remainder of the
proceeds of said sales,I direct to be given to the benevolences
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Beallsville,Pennsylvania.
6.I direct that all collateral,inheritance and
any other taxes be paid by my estate.
7.I hereby constitute and appoint Jess P.Miller,
of Beallsville,Pennsylvania,Executor of this my last will and
testament.
