I,ANNIE J.HAMILTON,of the City of Washington,County of
Washington,and 3tate of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and unde~standing,do make and publish this my last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any
'time heretofore made.I FIRST.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
SECOND,I give and bequeath to Katherine Hickson,wife
of my grandson,Paul Hickson,the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
THIRD.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my grand-
children who may be living at the time of my decease.If,however,
any of said grandchildren should die before my death le~ving childre ,
then such children shall take the parent's share under this my Will.
LASTLY,I do hereby make,constitute and appoint T.C.
Hickson to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Annie J.Hamilton,the Testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal
this 1ft!-day of October,A.D.1938.
