Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish

and declaring null and void any and all Wills and Codicils
made by me at any time heretofore.

FIRST:I direct that all my collectible
debts,the expenses of my last illness,and my funeral expenses
shall be paid by my Executrix as soon as practicable after my
decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of
my estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and
nature and wheresoever situate,of which I shall die seised
and possessed,or to which at the time of my death I may be
entitled,unto my beloved daughter,ROSE MARIE HRUBY,if she
survives me for a period of thirty (30)days.
To my other children:MICHAEL
GREGG,JAMES GREGG,LARRY GREGG,JR.,FRANK GREGG,SAMUEL GREGG,
VIRGINIA GREGG PECCO,and ROBERT GREGG,I only give my fondest
affections.
THIRD:In the event my daughter,ROSE MARIE

and bequeath all of my aforesaid estate in equal shares to my
children living at my death,and the issue then living of such

FOURTH:

I authorize my Executrix to make
distribution in kind,in cash,or partly in kind and partly in
cash,as my Executrix shall believe advisable.
FIFTH:I authorize my Executrix to sell
any and all of my real estate at public or private sale,at
such time,for such prices,and upon such terms as she shall
believe advisable,and to make,execute,and deliver any
deed or deeds therefor,conveying title in fee simple absolute
or for any less estate,without liability on the part of the
purchasers to see to the application of the purchase money.
SIXTH:I direct my Executrix to payout
of the principal of my residuary estate all Federal Estate,
State Inheritance,Estate and Succession Taxes imposed upon or
with respect to my estate or any property in which I may have
an interest,including any property not forming a part of my
testamentary estate but included in my gross estate for tax
purposes,except any property over which I have a taxable power
of appointment in the event it shall be held that I have not
exercised such power of appointment in this Will,at such times
and in such manner as my Executrix in her sale discretion shall
deem advisable,and no such taxes or any portion thereof so paid
shall be collected from or paid by any other person,persons,or
corporations by way of reimbursement,proration,apportionment
or otherwise.
SEVENTH:I name and appoint my daughter,
ROSE VillRIE HRUBY,as Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.In the event my daughter,either at the time of my
death or thereafter,should be unwilling or unable to serve for
any reason,I name and appoint RONALD J.BUA,Attorney at Law,
Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,as Executor in her stead with all
rights,duties,powers and responsibilities as if he had been
been originally named Executor hereunder.

EIGHTH:My personal representatives,guardians,
trustees and executors shall serve as such without bond in any
jurisdiction.
NINTH:I name and appoint PITTSBURGH
NATIONAL BANK,as the guardian of the estate of any minors
entitled to distribution hereunder,giving and grantingfu it
in the capacity of guardian of the estate of minors,the power
and authority to invest in such stockS,bonds,and/or other
investments it deems advisable,without being limited to those
investments in which guardians are by law required to invest
minors'funds,and giving and granting to it in this capacity,
the power and authority to disburse to or for the benefit of the
minor wards so much of the incvme from and the principal of the
minor's share of my estate as it in its sole discretion,deems
advisable for the minor's comfort,support,maintenance and
complete education,including preparatory,college and post-
graduate or professional training,and to aid the minor in the
event of any illness,mjury or other emergency affecting the
minor wards wherein money is needed.
