New Eag~e.Washington County.Pennsylvania.being of sound
and disposing mind and memory,do make.publish and declare
this my Last Will and Testament.hereby revoking and making
void any will by me at any time heretofore made.in map-ner
and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executor.
hereinafter named.to pay all my just debts.and funeral
expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath unto The Trans-
..figuration Roman Catholic Church of Monongahela City.Wash-
ington County.Pennsylvania.the smn of Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars for Masses by reason of my decease.
THIRD:I Will.give and bequeath unto The
Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church of Monongahela City.
Washington County.Pennsylvania.the sum of Three Hundred
($300.00)Dollars.
FOURTH:All the rest~residue and remainder
of my estate and property.real.personal and mixed,of what-\
soever ~ature and kind,and wheresoever situate,I Will.
