LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

I,Ellen E.Baird,of the borough of East Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make and publish
this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking arn making
void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as conveniently may be done,after my decease.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my
niece,Eleanor Baird Mitchell,of Washington,Pennsylv~nia,in
the event that she shall survive me;but in the event th at the
said Eleanor Bai rd Mi tchell shall not survive me,I gi ve,devise
and bequeath such residue or remainder of my estate to my nephew,
James Edward Mitchell,of Poland,Ohio.
3.I hereby authorize my Executor hereinafter named to
all any real estate of which I may die seized,whenever such
sale may be deemed necessary in the settlement of my estate,
and to make deed or deeds therefor to the purchaser or purchasers
thereof,in the same manner and with the same ~ffect as I could
do if living.
4.I hereby nominRte,oonstitute and appoint Eleanor
Baird Mitchell to be the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testamentj but in the event that the said Eleanor Baird Mitchell
shall not sur ive me,or shall be unable or unwilling so to act,
then I nominate,constitute and appoint the Citizens National
Bank of Washington,Pennsylvania,as such Executor.
