IAST WILL AND TESTAMENT~
I,James T.Holmes,of the Borough of New Brighton,
Beaver County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this
to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking and rendering
null and void any and all wills by me heretofore made.
1.I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be paid and fully satisfied as soon after my death as my execu-
trixies hereinafter named can pay and satisfy the same.
2.I hereby confirm the gift made prior to tte date of
this Will of my piano to my granddaughter,Eileen Hawk.
3.To my son,Robert E.Holmes,now residing in the state
of California,I give and devise the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar.
4.To my son,James W.Holmes,now residing in the state
of California,I give and devise the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar.
5.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and be-
queath to my four daughters,Laura A.Holmes of Mt.teb~non,Pa.,
Lillie Furlong of Donora,Pa.,Sophronia Beaner of New Brighton,
Pa.,and MYrtle Hawk,of Donora,Pa.,and to my granddaughter
Eileen Hawk of Donora,Pa.,share and share alike,each to receive
one-fifth of my residuary estate.
6.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint ny said
daughter,Laura A.Holmes of Mt.Lebanon,Pa.,guardian of the
estate herein bequeathed to my granddaughter Eil~en Hawk,now
five years of age,until she shall reach the age of twenty-one years.
I specifically authorize and direct the said guardian at her
discretion to use so much of the principal and interest of said
trust estate as may be necessary for the proper maintenance and
education of her said ward.In event of the death or other
incapacity of said Laura A.Holmes,I hereby nominate,consti-
tute and appoint my daughter Sophronia Beaner of New Brighton,
Pa.,guardian in place and stead of my said daughter,Laura A.
Holmes,with full and complete power and authority the same
as herein given to my said daughter,Laura A.Holmes.Said
guardian or guardians to serve without bond.
7.I hereby authorize,empower and direct my
executrixies herein named to sell at either public or private
sale all of my real estate Wheresoever the same may be situate
when in their opinion a fair consideration can be obtained
therefor,and to make,execute'and deliver to the purchaser or
purchasers thereof,a good and sufficient deed,or deeds or
other instrument of conveyance therefor,and to dispose of the
proceeds thereof as hereinabove directed.
8.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
said daughters,Laura A.Holmes of Mt.Lebanon,Pa.,and
SophroLia Beaner of New Brighton,Pa.,executrixies of this
my last will and testament,with full power to carry out all
the provis ions hereof.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 16th day of November,A.D.,1936.
