I,C.LEONARD CHATTAWAY,of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void any will by me at
any time heretofore made,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder of
my estate and property,real,personal,and mixed,or whatso-
ever nature and kind,and wheresoever situate,I will,give,
devise,and bequeath unto my wife Lydia J.Chattaway,in fee
simple and absolutely.
THIRD:I nomi~ate,constitute,and appoint my wife
Lydia J.Chattaway as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testa-
mente
