I,STELLA GOLESKI,of Smith Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will and Testament,hereby re-
voking in full any and all wills heretofore made by me:
FIRST:I direct my personal representatives herein-
after named to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECO~D:All the rest,residue~and remainder of my
property.whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature or
description and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath un~o

my beloved husband,~ARTIN GOLESKI,to be his,absolutely,forever.I
TliIRD:In the event that my husband shall predeceasel
me,or shall not survive me in a corr.mon accident,or shall die with-
in six months of my death,I give,devise,a~d bequeath the follow-
ing to my son,ALEX GOLESKI:
(a)The trailer now located on ny real estate
and presently occupied by my husband and me.
(b)That portion of my real estate which is
bounded as follows,to have and to hold unto him,his successors,
and assigns:
On the south by the public highway leadin~

from Burgettstown to Raccoon:on the west by land new or formerly of
Andrew Sherockman,Sr.;on the north by the Cherry Valley Branch
of the Penn Central Railroad;and on the east by a line leaving the
said highway midway between my tile service station and my tile
garage,approximately 300 feet from the Andre,v Sherockman,Sr.line,
and running northwardly parallel to the said Andre,v Sherockman,Sr.
line to the right of way of the said railroad.
FOURTH:In the event Ithatmyhusbandshallpredecease
me,or shall not survive me in a common accident,or shall die withOn
six months of my death,I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,
residue,and remainder of my property,whether real,personal,or
mixed,of whatsoever nature or description,and wher~soever situate
unto my children,HELEN,BLM~C1!E,SOPHIE,LEOTA,and ALEX,in equal
shares,to be theirs,absolutely~forever.
FIFTH:In the event that one of my children has pre

deceased my husband and me I direct that the share of my estate whic.
would have been the property of the said predeceased child if that
child had survived my husband and me shall be retained in the residu
of my estate and distributed to the persons to whom the residue of m
estate is devised and bequeathed,whether or not the said child has
been survived by issue.
SIXTH:I name my daughters SOPHIE HAMPSON and HELEN
DANEK,co-executors of this,my Last Will and Testament.In no
event shall my personal representatives be required to give bond,
whether or not they are residents of the Com~onwealth of Pennsylvania.
