being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and pl~blish this my
last Will and Testarnent,hereby revoking and makinlf void all former vVills by
me at any time heretofore made.
I ~i e and bequeath to my Wi~e Eliza Jane Byrne,all real estate
owned by me,all personal property consisting o~Bonds,Stocks,and
personal property of whatever nature with the following exception.
I bequeath to my Dau~~~9r ~elen Patricia Byrne the sum of One
Thousand Dollars •
I bequeath to my Son Charles Patrick Byrne,the sum of One Thous-
and Dollars,
hs above amounts to he placed in control of my Wife Eliza Jane
Byrne ~or the use of the children in whatever manner she may deem
best.
In case o~t~e death of my Wife,my entire estate to be equally
di ided between ~elen Patricia Bvrne my dau~hter and Charles Patrick
Byrne mv son,share and share alike.
I appoint my Wife Eliza Jane Byrne sole Guardian of the said
~elen Patricia BYrne,~~hter,and Charles Patrick Byrne my son.
