I,MARY GAYDOS,also known as MERI GAYDOS,of the Borough of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses
of my illness and funeral.
SECOND:
sum of $1,000.00.
I give and bequeath to my son,WILLIAM E.GAYDOS,the
This bequest shall be a charge on my real estate.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real
and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my children,JOHN GAYDOS,
LILLIAN H.CULYBA,MARY FENDA,and WILLIAM E.GAYDOS,their heirs and
assigns,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I constitute and appoint my daughter,LILLIAN H.
CULYBA,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MARY GAYDOS,also known as MERI GAYDOS,
the Testatrix above named,have hereunto set my hand and seal to this
