of the Estate of Frances Hitter;that be handled the probating of
the Will,the appointment of the administrator and other matters
in connection with said Estate;that the said Frances Hitter died,,
on July 6,1938,after first having made her Last Will and Testa-

recorded in the Register of Wills Office of Washington County,in
Will Book 57,page 526;that the said Frances Hitter,in her said

Will,inter alia,mad~the following bequests:To Lubica Frankoviclh
$1.00,Frances Ceh $1.00,Dragica Vitaliana Ceh $5.00;that he paio,
the said bequests to the said donees on the 17th day of December,
1938,by sending to each of them his check for the amount bequeathe~
to them;and that the said bequests are no.longer charges against
the real estate of the said Frances Hitter.
