I,Isabell Holland,Widow,of Midway,Washington

County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding do make,pUblish ~nd declare this to be my last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any qills at any time hereto-
fore made by me.
FI~ST:I order and irect that my Executors herein-
after named,pay all my debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as possible.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,
Cleo Pauline Stratton,in trust for my son,George ~illiam Holland,
the sum Jf Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars without deduction for
Inheritance Tax,to be held by her as such rrrustee,and to be ex-
pended by her for the benefit of my son,George William Holland,
-when,and at such times,and in such amounts as in her opinion it
is necessary to do so,and with the distinct understanding that
she,the said Trustee,is to be the sold judge of the necessity,
and the remainQer,if any,remaining in her hands at the ~eath of
my son,George filliem Holland,I give,devise and bequeath equally
to my six children,share and share alike.
mHIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatever kind and wherever situated,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my seven children,to Wit,Frank Henry Holland,
George William Holland,Levi Moulton Holland,Elizabeth Mary Lamp,
Allen Walker Holland,Louisa Agnes Redick and Cleo Pauline Stratton,
share and share alike.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint Frank
Henry Holland and Levi Moulton Holland,Executors of this my last
