the following to be my last will and testament:-
1st - I 5ive and bequeath($500.oo)Five hundred dollars to
each one of my brothers and sisters,namely;Guy F.Boyd,Sylvester
B.Boyd,Walter T.Boyd,George Newton Boyd,Nannie J.Eckles,
Mary Haggerty and Lina Osborne,or the ones that may be living at
the time of my c.l.eath.The Issue of u.ny deceased brother or sister
is to represent their respectlve }1<.4rent for the purposes of this
legacy.
2nd - I wlll ana request thu.t a monument to cost not less
than Two thov.-'and (~~~,Ov'O.oo)Dollars be erected on my cemetery
lot.
3rd - I give and bequeath all the balance of my estate to
my wife,arian Boyd.
4th -It is my su~gestion that my wife,Uarian Boyd,execute
a wlll u.nd that she give,devise and bequeath one-half (1/2)of
all the estu.te owned by her,at the time of her death,to my bro-
thers and sisters,living at that time.The issue of u.ny deceased
brother or sister is to represent their respective parent for the
purposes of such a divislon.It is not my wish,however,nor in
any way must this be considered as creating a life estate,and it
is my intention thu.t my wife own without reservation all my estate
and nave full power to sell and donvey all or any part thereof.
5th - I constitute and appoint Edward McDonald and J.Nesbit
cDonald,Executors of thlS my will.
