uncertainty of Hfe,do therefore make,publish and declare this to be my last Ifill and

ITEM:I order all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my ExecutOrs

Second.-I git;e,devise and bequeath unto my daughte!'Ellen Elizabeth Ki tler

Frudential Life Ins:.lrance Compan~T,should she elect to turn this I,olic;y
into my esta~e;then sbe in to receive an equal share of the estate
witb the other children.Should sbe elect to ret~in the policy and the
estate realize more than Five lrundred doll&rs a sbare,she is to receive
a sum suffecient to brine he~shure equal to the otbers,and in audition
she is to receive my Bed,Chest of Drawers,Davenport and Curboard.
Third.The estate to'be equally divided among my surviving child-
ren,each to receive share and share &like as follows;-
To my sons,William Edward Harrington,1 share.Elmer Murt

Fourth.In the event of the death of any of the above named during

Gordon Franklin Harrington
