LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,EDWARD G.GRESKOVICH,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do on this the 29th day of July,
1968,hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills,
testaments and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I hereby nominate and.appoint FRANK GRESKOVICH,
as Executor of this My Last Will and Testament,and direct that
he be permitted to serve without bond.
2.I direct that my Executor promptly pay from out of
the proceeds of my estate all of my just debts including the
expenses of my funeral and the costs of administration.
3.I give,devise and bequeath the rest and residue
of my estate,real,personal or mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever
situate,to my sister,SOPHIA E.GRESKOVICH in fee simple.
4.If Sophia E.Greskovich,aforenamed,should predeceas
me,I then devise and bequeath my estate whether the same be
real,personal or mixed to my brothers and sisters then living
equally.If a brother or sister should predecease me,it is then
my intent and desire that their children then living take their
share per stirpes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal the day and year first above written.
