Will of Grace Callahan,Deceased.
I,Graoe Callahan of F8.innont,Marion County,West Virginia,
<being of sound mind ~nd disposing memory do make and publish this my last
will and testament,hereby revoking all other wills made by me at any time.
;(first)I will,and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid first.
::c(Seeond)I bequeth and devise unto my three daughters,Hilda
Fullweard,Mrs.Mureal Sphar and Sadie Franks the sum of $1.00 each.
(Third)I bequeth and devise unto my Son,Robert J.Callahan
one lot,consisting of ground.for six graves,which said lot is located

in Mt.Calvary Cemet~ry at Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
(Fourth)I bequeth and devise the rest and residue of all
my estate of every kind and description,both legal and equitable,inclUding
t.!",~"-•all real and person~l property,as well as,all money in banks to my two
Sons,Robert J.Callahan and John R.Callahan in equal proportion.
I hereby nanina,te and appoint my Son,Robert J.Callahan to
be executor of this my last will,with full pONer and authority in him or
his successor to administer my said estate without bond.
<In witness whereof I live hereunto subscribed my nmne and
affixed my seal on this the 10th day of December,1929.

At a regular session of the CO\Ulty Court held in and for the
County of Marion at the Court House thereof on the 3 day of July,1935.
A paper writing purporting to be the last will a.nd tes-m.ment
of Grace Callahan,deceased,was this day produced in open court and
offered for probate.
The execution of the said paper writing by the said Grace
Callahan,deceased,as and for her last true will and testament being
proven by the testimony under oath of M.R.Fr~tz and Ruth Crush,the
ctwoattesting witnesses thereto,a.ccording to law,who a.fter being duly
sworn,did depose and say,that a.t the time of making and signing the
said p3,per writing,the said Gra.ce Callahan was of sound mincl and
disposing memory and above the a.ge of 21 years;th9.t she signed her name
thereto in their presence,and they at her Irequest signed their names
thereto in her presence and in the presence of each other,all being
present at the same time.
The said will being thus proven is admitted to proba.te and
record as and for the trne last will and testament of Grace Callahan,
deceased,late of this County.
