I,LESTER o.BEBOUT,of South ~trabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make and publish this my last Will and
Testament,revoking any Will or Wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
ITEM FffiST:I direct my Executor hereinafter named
to pay my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as it may be convenient for him to do.
ITEM SECOND:I will and bequeath to my wife,Cornelia
M.Bebout,the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar.
ITEM THIRD:I will,devise and bequeath all my real
estate,which constitutes of a one-fifth interest in a house
and two lots of ground situate in South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,adjoining property of Della
washabaugh,Charley Dunn and Elmer McCarty,to my mother,Hattie
M.Bebout,her heirs and assigns forever.
ITEM FOUR'm:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,both real,personal and mixed,I will and devise to my
mother,Hattie M.Bebout,her heirs and assigns forever.
ITEM FIFTH:Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint
my brother,Earl Bebout,Executor of this my last Will and Test-
ament.
