being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral ex-
penses as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest,residue
and remaindAr of my estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situ-
