LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MIKE GURAL
I,MIKE GURAL,a resident of North Bethlehem Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
'hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all instruments
,of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in
manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and testa-
mentary expenses shall be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named,
as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal or mixed of whatever nature and whereso~
ever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at
the time of my death,unto my w.4iCe,.-Kl;.THERINE GURAL.If she shoul
predecease me or should die at the same time that r should die,
then and in that event said-property is to be disposed of as
follows:
(a)I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto my son JOHN
GURAL,and my daughter,ANNA GURAL LOAR,in equal proportions,
share and share alike,all of my real estate,including all house~
hold goods,furniture,articles of personal and household use,
equipment and ornament,located in the dwelling house erected
thereon and described as follows:
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate
in North Bethlehem Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,and being Lot No.85 in the Ontario
Plan of Lots laid out by the Allison Land Company
and recorded in the Recorderrs Qffice of Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,in Plan Book Vo.,7
page l7a,bounded and described as follows:

Street,and extending back at right angles
between Lot No.84 and Lot No.86,and main~
taining a uniform width a distance of 115 feet
to a 20 foot alley.Having a frame dwelling

THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
.KATHERINE GURAL,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
However,in the event that she is unable to serve as Executrix,
then and in that event only,I hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint JOHN GURAL and ANNA GURAL LOAR,Executors of this my
Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this my
Last Will and Testament,which consists of two pages,to each of
