wife Elizabeth Jane Bryner,all my property,real,personal
nd mixed wheresoever it may be for and during the term of her
life or as long as she remains my widow,and from and after her
decease or remarriage to my sons and daughters,Jessie May Stock-
dale,argaret Johnson,Esther Golden,Eleanor Ellio~t,Alexander
Bryner,John Bryner,Robert Bryner and Charles Theodore Bryner,
their heirs and assigns,forever,in equal shares.
ITEM.I do nominate and appoint my son Charles
Theodore Bryner to be the Executor of this my last will and
testament and request that he be exempt from giving any surety
or sureties as such Executor.
