I,Thomas R.Hart,residing in the City of Wash-
ington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my last
will and testament,thereby making null and void and of no ef-
fect any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct any executors hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as possible.
Second:All the rest,residue,and remainder of
the estate belonging to me at the time of my death and remain-
ing after the payment of debts and funeral expens~s,whether.
real,personal,or mixed,I do give,devise,and bequeath to my
wife,Emma McDaniel Hart.
Third:I nominate and appoint my sons,Donald R.
