last Will and Testament,hereby revohng'and makin!!void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore n'bacle,
First:I direct that my body be interred in my burial lot in
Maple Creek Cemetery;Further I direct that upon the deqth of my
present wife Nancy Bedall"that her remains may be likewise interred
in said lot.
Second:I direct the payment of my lust debts and my funeral
expense.
Third:I give and bequeath to my wife Nancy Bedall all my
Estate both Real and ~ersonal,for and during her natural life time.
Fourth:Upon the death of my wife Nancy Bedall,I direct that
my Executor sell my Real Estate as soon as convenient and turn the
proceeds along with the balance of my Estate over to Jennie Malone,
a cousin of mine.
