LAST ILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Harvey.P.Boyce,of Th~Borough of Houston,ashington
CountY,Pa.,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make
and pUblish this,my last will and testament.
And first,1 direct that my body be decently interred
in the Boyce ~amily Lot in the Oak Springs CemetarY,it being my
desire that my funeral be jointly in charge of my family and
the rder of the Knights of Pythias,Canon Lodge No.204,of
Canonsburg,Pa.On the family monument shall be engraved the
date of my birth and death.
Second.I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
to be fully paid by my executrices heTeinafter named.
Third.My !old watch I give and bequeath to my beloved
wife,Eveiyn Royce.
rourth.The old high clock and the victrola,together with
th recbrda~belonging to the same,being the property of my daughter
Anna,and the piano,being the property of my daughter,Elizabeth,
are not intended to be included within the bequests herein made,but
are to remain the property of my said daughters.
Fifth.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever,1 order and dir-
ect to be converted into money as soon as the same may conveniently
be done after my decease;and for that purpose,l do hereby authorize,
empower and direct my executrices hereinafter named,and the survivor
of them,to sell and dispose of all of my said real estate,either
by pUb ic or private sale or sales,for the best price or prices that
may be gotten for the same,and by proper deed or deeds,conveyances,
or assurance~in law to be duly executed,acknowledged and perfected,
to grant and convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof
in fee simple.And when the whole of my said residuary estate shall
be converted into money as aforesaid,then 1 will and direct that
the same shall be divided into three equal parts or shares,and dis-
posed of as follows,to-wit,-one full.,equlil one-third part or ahare
thereof t give ,deVise and bequeath to my 'beloved wife ,Evelyn Boyce,
one fUll,equal one-third part or share thereof I give,devise and
bequeath to my oldest daughter,Anna V Boyce,and the remaining one
fUll,equal one-third part or share thereof t give ,devise and bequeath
to ·my youngest daughter,El izabeth M.Royce.
And lastly,t do hereby nominate ,constitute and appoint
my said aughters,Anna V and Elizabeth M,executrices of this my
last ill and testament.
In itness hereof I,the said Barvey P.Boyce,have hereur.to
set my hand and seal,this 23rd day of ~ebruary,A.D.1926.
