KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,M.FLORINE GREEJ,
of the Borough of Speers,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of ,
sound mind,memory and understanding,do he~eby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any
and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the pa)~ent out of my estate of
the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as conveniently
possible after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise £nd be~ueath to my
Trustees hereinafter named the sum of Ten Ttousand and 00/100
($10,000.00)Dollars,in trust,however,for my sister,EVELYN KELLER~
and I direct that my Trustees shall payout the sum of Two Hundred
and 00/100 ($200.00)Dollars per month to my sister until said fund
is exhausted.In the event my sister should die before the fund is
exhausted,any balance remaining shall become the property of my son
GEORGE W.GREEN,and my daughter,LOIS HA~{:E,in equal shares.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my grandson,
KENNETH B.GREEN,the grandfather clock now in my home and all the
shares of Pennsylvania Coil Corporation which I may own at the time
of my death.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath to my granddaughter,
VIRGINIA GREEN HIGGINS the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred and
00/100 ($1,500.00)Dollars.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my son,GEORGE W.GREEN,and my
daughter,LOIS HA\VE,to have and to hold the same unto them,their
heirs and assigns forever,in equal one-half (1/2)shares.
SIXTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint my son,GEORGE W.GREEN,and my daughter,LOIS HAWE,to be
Trustees of the fund set up for the benefit of my sister,EVELYN
KELLER.
SEVENTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint
GEORGE W.GREEN and LOIS HAvffi,or the survivor thereof,Co-Executors
of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that they shall not
be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which they may
act.
IN WITNESS vlliEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
