my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by
me at any time heretof~re mad~:
FIRST.I directth~t all my just debts and f~nera1
expenses be paid as soon-as convenient after my d·ecease by my
Executor,hereinafter named.
SECOIID.Ail t~e rest and residue of my estate,of
whatsoever kind and where~oever situate,I give,devise and
bequea~h unto Clyde O'Brien to be his absolutely.
